- Now take the dough and make small balls out of it. Roll it thin from all the sides, take gujiya mould add 1 tsp of stuffing and cover it and cut the extra part of dough.
- Make all gujiya like this and keep them on a samp cloth. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the gujiya son low flame.
- Now make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in one pan. Keep stirring until sugar gets completely dissolve. Add two drop of food colour.Boil it for 5-7 mins after dissolving the sugar. Do not give it a string consistency. Keep the fried gujiya in sugar syrup for 4-5 mins. Garnish with silver vark and chopped dry fruits and serve. These are traditional gujiya on Holi are ready.
