For sprouts,I soaked green gram in morning and by evening I drained them completely and dry them.Now add it to air tight container and put in warm and dark place atleast overnight.If not done by morning next day keep it till night.i Preheat oven lil bit and put the container in oven.(Turn off oven after preheated little bit.)
