  16. Get 1 cup Ghee
  17. Make ready Onions 4,5 sliced
  18. Get 3 table spoon Tomato paste
  19. Prepare 1 table spoon Ginger Garlic paste

  21. Get Spices (red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,salt,
  22. Take 1 tbs Coriander powder,salt as taste,turmeric powder tea spoon)

Kofta is a famous North-Indian Veg Gravy that is served in all hotels. We can make different varieties of Koftas. I love to make cabbage and mixed vegetable Koftas often as a gravy for chapati/Roti. Instructions to make Kofta gravy:
  1. Take chicken mince in a bowl add whole spices and onion.g.g paste and chop it in chopper to make finely paste than make small balls and keep it in refrigrator for 30 min
  2. To make gravy take a pot heat ghee and add onion paste and bhonify than add tomato paste and spices and bhonify for 3 min than add balls and leave it for 5 min on medium flame.don't shake it with spoon only add some water.After 5 min add 2 glass of water and cover it for 15 min to make it tender.Tha add beated curd and bhonify untill ghee comes up.Than add1 cup water and make it on damm.some green chillies &green coriander to add for garnishing and cover it and switch off flame.
  3. Dish it out serve it with boil eggs and enjoy
