Instructions to make Corn Methi Pulao:
- Wash and soak rice 20 mins. And cook 70%.add salt and lemon juice.
- Now put oil and butter in a pan add cumin seeds cardamom, cinnamon, pepper cloves and add chopped chilli,ginge,r garlic and onion rings.saute add salt garam masala,coriander,cumin powder saute add Methi leaves and boil corn mix well.
- Now add cooked rice and pepper powder. Mix well and toss.add coriander. Garnish with coriander chopped onion and reddish.
- Tasty Methi coriander pulao is ready to serve.
