- Then add finely chopped spinach and fry for a minute till they get little softvand change their colour.when the spinach is cooked add peas and fry till the peas are cooked too.
- Lastly, add cooked rice and little bit Garam masala, salt to taste. mix well without breaking Rice grains..
- Note:- Don't overcook rice so that it is sticky.
- Now Spinach rice is ready, garnish with fried cashew & Almond and chopped coriander leaves and serve with Raita & pickle.
