  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and spinach green chilli puree.. sauté for some time..
  5. Lastly, add rice and salt to taste.. mix well and cook covered for some time on low heat.
  6. Hariyali rice or spinach rice is ready. Garnish with some fried cashew nuts and tomato slices… Serve hot immediately with your favorite raita or can have as it is.. enjoy
