In a small bowl mix together your parmesan cheese and panko. Sprikle this mixture over the top of the mac n cheese. Put the mac n cheese in the oven and bake it for about 15 minutes or until the top panko is golden and crispy. After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle some more cheddar cheese or you can leave it off.
