  1. Take the green palak wash it with clean water and keep a side to drain water.
  2. Take the coriander wash it and keep aside to drain it. - - Chop the palak & coriander & add to mixture jar to make it’s juice. Add green chilli & ginger, garlic flakes along with it. - Subjis - - : Add 2 cup water in the mixture jar & make it’s juice.
  3. Take 1 bowl of rice & 1/2 bowl moong dal, wash it & keep aside to drain water. - Now keep the cooker on the gas,pour oil to it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & wait to splutter it. - Now pour slowly green juice to it and add sufficient water to cook it. - Now add turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala and wait for boil.
  4. Now add washed rice & moong dal to it & keep the lid of cooker tight. - Keep the flame of gas slow. - Now take 3 to 4 whistles of cooker. - Wait to cool the cooker & serve it now.
