  2. Take 4 Tomato
  3. Get 2 Pyaz / onion
  4. Get 1 tsp each Lahsun paste ( garlic paste), adarak ,mirchi paste (ginger,chilli paste)
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  6. Prepare Whole masala
  7. Get 1 tej patta / bay leaf, mace,cinnamon sick,big cardamom
  8. Prepare 3 Dry red mirchi
  9. Get 1 tsp Jeera ( cumin), haldi ( turmeric),red chilli powder
  10. Make ready to taste Salt
  11. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. Get 1 cup boiled Vegetables like carrot, capsicum, cauliflower,peas,potato
  13. Make ready 1 tsp each Ghee or oil
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp Biryani masala

Add little water if puree is thick in the beginning.   1. Soak rice in water for 1/2 an hour in another pan, boil palak and blanch it then make paste, chop onion and tomatoes
  2. Heat oil and ghee in the pan on gas now add long javitri (mace) cinnamon,elaichi, big elaichi (elcho),star anise, jeera,dry red mirchi when crakle it add chopped onion,garlic paste, stir it add adarak,mirchi paste, stir it on slow flame add tomato chopped stir it well now add all boiled vegetables and mix them add regular masala,salt,biryani masala,garam masala all mix well then add palak paste mix it
  3. Add paneer, cashew nut, peas in another nonstick pan add butter,boiled rice saute, then add palak, tomato veg mixture, mix very well cover lid for 5 minutes on slow flame, off gas again garnish cashew nuts, fried paneer, fresh Coriander ready to serve with boondi raita i serve with raita and Manchau soup
