- Take pressure cooker add ghee when is hot add all whole masala than onion garlic ginger paste saute 2 min add tomato turns aromat than add chopped palak soyabean and peas,mix well
- After 3 -4 min add all spices mix well when oil is separate than add soaked rice mix well add 2 cup of water cover with pressure cooker cap and cook with 2 wristle in medium flame
- Turn off flame rest till pressure totally out,than open lid and mix instantly,garnish with fresh coriander leaves
