- Add baking soda. Low the flame and mango pulp slowly, give it a good mix.
- Add green cardamom powder, mix it well, then add kaju powder, stir continuously.
- Cook till dry or till oil release on medium to high flame. Switch off flame. Add chopped pista in it, mix well.
- Place butter paper on plate grease it, transfer mixture on it, spread evenly with stapula. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Apply silver vark on it. Cut it in diagonal shape.
- Mango Kaju Katli is ready to serve.
- Store it in airtight container in freeze for 10 days
