- Roughly chop the capsicum,ginger, green chilli,onions and carrot.
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.Add cumin seeds in it,when it turns brown add green chilli, onions, corn, ginger and carrot.Mix it well and sauté till onions become translucent.
- Add capsicum, cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. stir. Add salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and kasuri methi.Mix all the masala.
- Now add rice, 1 3/4 glass water and lemon juice.Close the lid. Cook it for one whistle only.
- Before serving put some Amul butter over it. Serve it hot.
