  4. Make all gujiya like this and keep them on a samp cloth. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry all the gujiya son low flame.
  5. Now make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in one pan. Keep stirring until sugar gets completely dissolve. Add two drop of food colour.Boil it for 5-7 mins after dissolving the sugar. Do not give it a string consistency. Keep the fried gujiya in sugar syrup for 4-5 mins. Garnish with silver vark and chopped dry fruits and serve. These are traditional gujiya on Holi are ready.
