  1. First of Chuqandar ko small pieces Mein cut kar kwater Mein blanch kar lain 1 min and stain kar ke aik taraf rakh dain
  2. Ab pressure cooker Mein finely chopped onion,garlic salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,haldi add krain
  3. Ab is Mein 2 glass water shamil kar ke pressure lagain for 15 min
  4. After 15 min jab gosht gal jae tu uski achi tarah bhunai krain oil dal kar
  5. Ab tomatoes ki puree bana kar bhunai karain sath hi 1 tsp whole garammasala add karain
  6. Jab oil nikal eye tu us Mein dahi add kar dain bunai krain
  7. Jab dahi ka Pani khusk ho jae tu us Mein Chuqandar blanched add kar 1 min bhunain
  8. Ab us Mein 1 cup Pani dal kar 5 min dam rakh dain on low flame after 5 min flame off kar dain roti ya nan ke sath enjoy karain fresh coriander dal dain
