- Use one of the eggs to make a boiled egg. This will be the eye.
- Make a thin omelet with the other egg and make a round hole in the omelet. This will be the body. It's easy to make a hole if you use a cookie cutter!
- Cut the nori to make the glasses, eye, mouth and clothes.
- Place the nori on top of the sliced cheese and cut it out to make a base for the nori.
- Make the shape of the body with the boiled egg and chicken rice. Arrange the thin omelet on top of the body. In the photo I used just half of the boiled egg.
- Place the parts made from the nori on top… and add some teeth made from cheese. If can easily make rounded teeth using a small flower-shaped cookie cutter!
- Fill up the rest of the bento box… done!
- This time I used a flower cutter from a 100 yen deco bento kit and the back of a cookie cutter.
