- Make the facial features using nori seaweed, carrot and cheese and stick them on.
- Using a toothpick, add a little color to his cheeks with a little ketchup.
Bento is a part of Japanese culture and is gaining popularity all over the world. It is not just a daily meal packed in a box, but sometimes is art, other times is a place to express your feelings. Funassyi is neither a boy nor a girl, but it is a pear (the Japanese for "nothing" (無し) and "pear" (梨) are both pronounced nashi). Its parents are ordinary pear trees. Funassyi the pear fairy from Funabashi - a crazy Japanese character mascot who love heavy metal!
