- Take 6 tbsp Oil
- Take 2 tbsp Ghee
- Make ready 1 cup Warm water
Prawns cooked in flavor packed masala and layered between rice cooked with spices. This is one of the special biryani recipe belonging to our family. We are known for making a wide variety of authentic and delicious biryanis from any kind of Vegetarian biryanis to Non Vegetarian Biryanis. Prawn Biryani- Quick & Easy to make one pot meal.
Instructions to make Spicy Prawn Biryani :-:
- Basamati rice soaked in warm water for 1 hour.
- Mix salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder with the prawns.
- Heat oil on a kadai.
- Add chopped onion and saute till well browned.
- Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Add prawns and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add all the spice and mix well.
- Now, add basamati rice and warm water.
- Cover the lid and let it cook for 15 mins on a low flame.
- Open the lid and sprinkle kesar milk, a pinch of biryani masala, ghee and caramelized onions.
- Cover the lid again and let it cook for 5 mins on a low flame.
- Serve hot with lemon and green chillies.
