- Soak the millet and guinea corn together for 3 to 4 days but don't forget to wash and change the water daily. 2. On the 3rd or 4th day, filter the water, peel your fresh ginger and fresh garlic, add it to the corn and grind. (Mine was grinded in the market)
- 3.Set up a bucket of water, wrap the seiving cloth over the bucket and use either rope to tie it so that it's firm or use pegs around it. 4. Pour and wash the grinded corn with your hands until you get off the shaft remaining. Continue until you are done. 5. Keep the bowl or bucket in a corner where nobody will touch it overnight so it settles down properly leaving the water on top and the Pap resting below for 24 hours or overnight. 6. Drain the water out gently leaving the pap

- Pour the Pap inside the calico cotton bag and twist tightly for the water to keep dropping out. 8. Allow the water to drip out completely and you will get your home made solid Pap. 9. Turn into any bowl or container of your such and store in the fridge or freezer. Use as you desire.

- Wash and fry your ripe plantain. 11. Take the quantity of Pap you can eat, 12. Mix with little ordinary water 13. Boil water to the maximum point and make your Pap. 14. Add honey or sugar as desired. 15. Serve with your fried Plantain. Thanks and enjoy your breakfast.
