- Make ready 1 small cauliflower head

- Cut all the vegetables in equal cubes.
- In a pot add oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli paste and saute for 2 mins then add salt and pepper.
- When pastes leave oil add all the cut vegetables and fry for another minute then add chicken stock and vegetables to get tender, when tender add corn flour slurry(corn flour+water) and simmer for 2 more mins then serve with naan or rice.
