Heat oil in a pot.add sliced onions & fry to pink.add green cardamom & black pepper.fry a minute.add ginger garlic paste & fry.add mutton in oil & fry till colour changes.add whole tomatoes with 1/2 cup water.cover & cook over low heat till the tomatoes are soft & skin comes out.take out tomatoes & pick off skin.add tomato flesh in pot & mash with spoon.add salt,haldi, red chilli & fry till tomatoes & masala are blended & oil seprates.

Wash & chop gobhi into florets.cut off the excess hard stems & chop the soft stem part as well.add gobhi in mutton& mix well in masala.add a cup of water, cover & let it cook over medium heat till mutton & gobhi both are soft.if needed add little more water.when mutton is tender fry the gobhi well to mix well with mutton till oil comes on surface.add green chillies & turn off heat.
