  1. For dough:In a bowl add 1,cup maida and 1/4 cup ghee,mixed very well with your hand into maida,then With water make a little hard dough,cover it and keep it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Meanwhile preapare sugar syrup for that in a pan add sugar and water on high flame,once sugar gets melts..then keep your flame on low and stir it for 5 to 7 mins more till one string consistency add cardamom powder and mix well,keep it aside.
  3. For stuffing–In a pan add ghee after heating up add mawa and roast untill little colour change.,ake it out in a plate and roast all the dry fruits together,after cool them down..grind the dry fruits for few sec in a mixer jar.
  4. Now take them out in a plate and mix powder sugar and cardamom powder into that..
  5. Now from the dough take out small balls and roll it like a poori for complete round shape here i have used round cutter and then keep 2 tbs stuffing in between apply a bit water at the edges and stick it properly then take a fork and prick it on the sides to give a nice design.
  6. Prepare all these gujia with the same procedure.
  7. And fry them in medium hot oil untill nice golden brown in colour.
  8. After that dip into lukewarm sugar syrup for 15 mins..then take them out in a serving plate.
  9. Serve with some chopped pistachio and silver vark(optional).
