Instructions to make Baked Mahamri:
  1. In a bowl sieve flour and baking powder, then add all the dry ingredients and mix well
  2. Add the egg mix then slowly add the water as you knead till you achieve a nice, soft and slightly sticky dough
  3. Cover and let rise to double size
  4. Divide dough to 4 balls
  5. Whilst the balls are covered, take one roll 1/2" and cut to 4 pieces, put aside. Repeat with the remaining balls, once done arrange on greased baking tray and cover to let them rise
  6. Pre heat oven to 180°
  7. Put the tray in the oven and let cook for 8 to 10mins
  8. Remove from oven, dab with butter and keep them covered
