- Turn off the heat and pour it into corn bowl and mix well. Now add mozzarella cheese and give a mix again.
- Now take our spinach tortilla wrap and spread the cheesy mixture on half and fold it and give little press.
- Now heat Tawa brush some oil and place our tortilla and cook from both sides till we get a golden colour, apply oil in both sides. - Spinach Corn Quesadilla is ready to cut into half and serves hot.
