- Now from the strawberry dough make equal sized balls
- Flatten each ball in your palm and place some chocolate mixture in the center
- Seal it properly giving it the shape of a modak, I have not used mould here, just made them with hands only
- Make outer lines of the modak with the help of a fork, by giving the impression slantly, pressing the fork slightly
- In this way make all the modaks
- Arrange them in a serving plate and garnish with chocolate sprinklers
- Cut one modak from the center to see the chocolate filling
