- Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar and oil,keep aside
- Boil and peel the Potatoes
- Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chilli
- Add Potatoes and peas and fry
- Add salt and turmeric powder and cover
- Now add ginger paste and saute well
- Add tomato and saute well till oil separates
- Add sugar and coriander leaves paste,mix well and switch off
- Now divide the dough into small portion and roll into round shape
- Heat oil and fry the puris
