- In a bowl mix curd, flour, chickpea flour.
- Add water and mix properly and let the mixture rest for 1 hour.

- In a pan add oil, chilli, mustard seeds and dhokla and mix it.

We call this safed dhokla aka white dhokla. Because on occasion we make yellow colored dhokla where chana dal is used. So the color name used to differentiate both.
