  3. Steam for 15 mins on high flame and 5 mins on slow flame.

  5. Temper by heating oil adding mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  6. Sprinkle some aachar masala.
  7. Serve with chutney,grated coconut and coriander leaves.

We call this safed dhokla aka white dhokla. Because on occasion we make yellow colored dhokla where chana dal is used. So the color name used to differentiate both.
