  4. Now in a deep pan add water.for boiling.in better u add chilli ginger paste.mix well.pour a better in dish.sprinkle some black pepper.steam for 15 _20 minutes. dhokla is ready
  5. Cut them in pieces.in pan add oil.with some mustard seeds &seasome.after fluttered add dhokla.garnished with coriander.. served with gren chatny.

We call this safed dhokla aka white dhokla. Because on occasion we make yellow colored dhokla where chana dal is used. So the color name used to differentiate both.
