  5. In a dhokla dish spread oil.
  6. Add eno to the batter and pour it to dhokla thali. Sprinkle red chilli powder and black pepper powder on it.
  7. Steam it for 5 mins. Serve hot.Spread oil on it before serve.
  8. U can tamper it by mustard seeds, coriander and white til.

We call this safed dhokla aka white dhokla. Because on occasion we make yellow colored dhokla where chana dal is used. So the color name used to differentiate both.
