  5. Place this thali on top of steel ring and cover it with other thali.Steam it on high for around 10 minutes.Afterwards do a toothpick test.It should come out clean.
  6. In another pan out some oil splutter rai and til.Add curry leaves remove from flame.Once the dhokla is ready pour this tempering over the dhokla. Garnish it with some more Coriander Slit fried green chillies.Relish hot with any sauce.😊
