- Now add required water to make batter smooth.
- Keep this batter aside for atleast half an hour.
- After half an hour grease one thali and take steamer.
- Add little water because Suji will speak water. Put eno in batter. And put drop of water over it to activate Eno.
- Now Mix well and immediately put into thali.
- And steam for atleast 15mins. Insert knife and check the dhokla if it comes clean then dhokla is done. Allow it to cool.
- Take small Kadai. Put some oil and fry green chillies. After frying chillies in same oil add mustard seeds and curry patta.
- Pour this into Dhokla and cut into pieces.
