- Mix the chickpea flour/besan,garlic,Ginger,paste.yogurt,sugar,and salt with water.beat to a fine smooth mixture.and keep aside for 15 min.
- Heat the oil in a karhai,and fry the chopped onions,red chillies chopped, till its turn Brown brown,add turmeric powder,and stir for a min.

- Now add the curd mixture with the kaju,peanut fry,and bring it to a boil. simmer for 5 min.or keep on stirring till the raw smell of besan leave away.
- Continue stiring on between till the besan is well cooked.or to avoid lumps.add a little amount of water to avoid sticky ness.add salt as per your taste. Cook for next 10 min or more. This will take around 25 min altogether to get cooked well.
- Fir tempering heat 1 tsp oil in a pan,temper the mustard seeds,curry pata,red chillies,hing,dal chini,cloves,and pour on the kadhi.
- Peanut kaju kadhi is ready to served with rice.
