- Open cover the sandwich Dhokla is ready. Take it out and after it cools cut into pieces. For tadka in pan take 2 tbspn oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds asst, seasam seeds and curry leaves. now pour tadka on dhokla. And it's ready to serve with tamrid dates chutney and green chutney.
