- Wash the palak leaves and finely chop them..Now add haldi powder,adrak lasun and chilli paste,coriander powder,cumin seeds,roasted sesame seeds,sauf or fennel seeds powder salt to taste and corinder leaves.
- Mix well and add one cup of roasted gram flour and 1 tablespoon of rice flour to it. now add one tablespoon of warm oil to it..mix well,Add water to make a thick batter.
- Take a plate and grease it with oil and spread the mixture in it
- Now steam it in cooker for around 10 mins
- Let it cool..Later cut it into desired shape
- And shallow fry or deep fry it..serve it hot with sauce
