- Prepare 2 cup dalia(broken wheat)
- Make ready 2 carrot
- Prepare 1 capsicum

- Make ready 1 tbsp Dry kasuri methi leaves
- Take 1 tsp Jeera
- Prepare 1 tsp Peanut

- Get as per taste Salt
- Get As needed Olive oil/ refine oil
Instructions to make Healthy Dalia pulao:
- Ingredients for dalia pulao… 2 cup dalia.. chopped veggies(capsicum,onion,carrot,cabbage,green chillies,beans, coriander leaves)..dry kasuri leaves, peanut,ginger,salt,hing,jeera
- First of all…heat 2 TSP oil in a pan…add dalia and roast it for 10 minutes..till it gets a nice aroma…keep it aside…again add 2 TSP olive oil…and add jeera,then peanut.. ginger…and carrot..saute it well for 4 minutes
- Now add chopped veggies…stir it well..for 5 minutes…don't over fry it…add salt…little bit black pepper powder..saute it again for 1-2 minutes…then add dalia
- Fry it for 5 minutes…then add kasuri leaves.. green chillies and hing powder…stir it again for 2 minutes…then add 4 cup water…(note..if you use 2 cup dalia..then use water in the double quantity..here I have taken 2 cup dalia..4 cup water)
- Once boil come in the water…cover the lid and set the flame in low for 20 minutes…keep checking in between…..after 20 minutes…add coriander leaves…and it's ready to serve
