- Now in a separate karahi heat 1 tb spoon oil. Sauté grated garlic and ginger. Add onion. Sauté till translucent. Now add grated tomatoes and cook till oil leaves the karahi. Add turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Pour this Tadka in chana and add water in which chana was boiled and for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Serve chana hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves with hot puris.
