- Melt the margarine. And gather all the ingredients.

- Shape dough into small balls again cover with cling film. Roll each ball on a flat floured surface with a rolling pin and cut into quaters
- Deep fry and turn immediately it has puffed up, wait for it to brown on one side then turn to brown on the other. Remove from oil.
- Drain on a paper towel and serve hot or cold with a beverage.
