Instructions to make Ghoogni:
  1. Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole
  2. Add onion and garlic saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  3. Add ginger paste saute well till the raw smell disappears
  4. Now add red chilli Powder and cumin coriander powder and mix well
  5. As oil starts releasing add boiled cheakpeas and mix well
  6. Add roasted masala powder and sugar
  7. Serve it with paratha or puri
