  3. Heat tawa add ghee as it heats place the stuffed roti on it. Roast it on both sides till it turns golden brown like a sandwich.
  4. For serving: Cut it into 2 half. In a plate place above quesadillas garnish it with cabbage, beetroot, cheese and serve it with ketchup.
