Instructions to make Til vadi:
  1. Heat the pan and dry roast the sesame seeds slightly.Transfer to the plate and set aside.
  2. In the same pan heat the ghee and add sugar.stir it continuously till it melts. - Keep the flame low.
  3. Once the sugar is completely melted and sesame seeds, mix properly.and turn off the flame.
  4. Grease the rolling board with the ghee and pour above sesame seeds mixture. Immediately roll it with the rolling pin to spread it evenly.
  5. Cut it into desired shape with a knife/ cutter let it cool.
  6. Break and serve.
