- Sprinkle little salt, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp cumin powder and chilli powder.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make one more plate of papdi chaat
- Serve papdi chaat garnish with bhujia and coriander leaves.
