- Heat a pan add 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water. When sugar is dissolved completely add roasted peanut powder and mix well.
- Cook until sticky consistency. Keep 2-3 spn this mixture aside. Add chopped mixed dry fruit and mix well. Transfer this mixture on a greased butter paper. Roll it and cover with paper and freeze it for 5 mnt.
- Now rest mixture in a pan cook it for 1-2 mnt on low flame add food colour abt 2-3 drops and mix well.
- Now put this mixture on a butter paper and spread into flat sheet. Now put dry fruit mixture in a middle and cover and roll the sheet completely. Freeze it for 10-15 mnt.
- Now remove butter paper and apply silver vark and cut into small pieces.
