- Dosa… Soak ragi and wheat overnight, drain the water.
- Add in Mixie with water and salt.
- Grind smoothly, pour into a vessel.
- Add sufficient water, the batter should not be so watery or thick.
- Heat tava, pour laddle full of batter and spread it.
- Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes, open the lid sprinkle some ghee and flip over it.
- Cook for a minute and remove, serve.
- For salad gravy.. Mix the ingredients together and prepare salad.
- For masala grind the ingredients smoothly under masala.
- Pour the ground masala in to salad vessel, add sufficient water and check salt.
- Bring it to boil well until good aroma, and serve along dosa.
- While having dosa to drink we need ragi coffee..
- Soak ragi 50 grams overnight, drain and grind by adding milk and water little.
- Pour the ground smooth paste into a vessel, add remaining water and milk.
- Add Jaggery and mix well, stir continuously and boil it, it starts thickening.
- Switch off and serve with 1dosa.
- It's a complete energetic, healthy morning breakfast for villagers.
Cover and let it ferment overnight. It shouldn't be too thin or too thick. Now heat a tawa, take ladleful of batter and make thin dosa. Let it cook till it gets golden, flip over and cook for few more sec. Instant ragi dosa with finger millet flour, wheat flour in it.
