- Make ready 1 Cup Besan / gram flour
- Prepare 2 cup Curd
- Prepare 1/4 Tea spoon hing / asafoetida
- Make ready 1/2 tea spoon Methi seeds / fnugreek
- Prepare 2 Dry Red Chilli
- Prepare 6-8 Curry patta / curry leaves
- Get 1 tea spoon Cumin Seeds
- Get 1 tea spoon Mustard Seeds
- Make ready 3 Cup Water
- Get as per taste Salt
- Take For Tadka:-
- Take 1 tbsp Ghee
- Take 4-5 Curry patta / curry leaves
- Prepare 1 tea spoon Cumin and rai Seeds / mustard seds
- Get 1 tea spoon Red Chilli Powder

- For Besan Kadhi:-Take big bowl add besan, curd and water. - Mix it well.
- Heat pan add rai, jeera, red chilli, hing, methi, curry patta.
- Now add masala paste which we made in pan. Mix it well.fry it.
- Now add the Besan,curd mixture to the pan.
- Add water, Salt and mix well.Cook till it thickens in consistency. Stir in between.
- Now add the Pakoras to the Kadhi and cook for 5 more minutes.
- For Tadka:- - Take a pan. Add Ghee, Cumin and rai seeds. Off the flame. - Now add red chilli powder. - Add this mix on the Kadhi.
