  4. Continue to mix till the ghee melts completely and cashew dough is formed leaving the pan. - switch off the stove. Let it cool completely. Meanwhile take a dark chocolates. And melt in double boiler. I can use also microwave. When chocolate is melted then switch off the flame and add few chopped dry fruits. Mix it. Filling is ready.
  5. Now take a portion to lemon size of Kaju mixture. Hole in center and give shape as shown is picture. Then fill it with chocolate mixture. Fill it very gently not to over fill. Then make all sweets like this.
