- Take curd in a mixing bowl and add besan. Whisk well.
- Add salt, ginger green chilli paste, water and sugar. Whisk everything well and keep aside.
- Heat up the ghee in a pan on low flame. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and methi seeds. Let it splutter.
- Add hing and curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add prepared curd mixture, mix well and cook for 4 to 5 mins on low flame.
- Switch off the flame. Garnish with fresh green coriander leaves and serve hot with khichdi, rice, roti or puran poli..
