- Now take a bowl add chickpeas, moong sprouts, onion, potato, tomato, cucumber, curd, both chutney and salt, red Chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, mix nicely.
- Now assemble katori in a plate add put sprouts mixture. And garnish with both chutney, pinch salt, chaat masala, naylon sev, and pomegranate seeds. Corrainder leaves.. now serve healthy katori chaat immediately.
