  3. Heat oil in a big deep vessel add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,cinnamon stick, red chilli, cloves, black pepper, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste one by one on low flame. Stir and immediately add the curd and gramflour mix prepared earlier.
  4. Keep stirring continuosly on low flame for 2-3 minutes then increase the flamr and bring to a boil and then again let it simmer on low flame for few minutes. Check seasoning. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
