- Boil moong sprouts. Drain the water & divide into two parts.
- To make orange chaat to sprouts add chopped onion, tomatoes, sweet chutney, red chilli powder, salt, jeera powder chaat masala & handful coriander leaves, lemon juice(add half quantity of onion, tomato,jeera powder & chaat masala). Mix all well keep aside
- For green chaat to sprouts add salt, pepper, chaat masala, green chutney & lemon juice. Mix all well
