  7. Shape the dough to cylindrical shape greasing hand with oil.
  8. Steam the dough for 15-20 min
  9. Cool the dough completely.
  10. Cut them into thick slices.
  11. Further, deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil.
  12. Stir occasionally till the wadi turns crisp and golden brown.
  13. Finally, serve kothimbir vadi with curd.
